Customer Portal User Guide
The new Barna Recycling Customer Portal can be used to access details on your personal online Barna Recycling account. You can quickly view your account information, transactions, lift history, collection calendar, avail of account support and make easy payments online.
Step 1 – Personal Details
Here you can view transactions, pay outstanding invoices and much more at the click of a button.
Step 2 – Transactions
View your recent transactions, past transaction and your current account balance all in one place.
Step 3 – Lift History
Keep track of your bin lifts with our lift history feature. You can easily view your lift service history by lift date, bin type or weight, ensuring you remain within your service plan allowances. Your personal dashboard captures a full view of your lift service history. You can easily identify the lift date, the weight and your current account balance.
Step Four – Collection Calendar
At the click of a button you can view your personal collection calendar. You also have the option of emailing or printing a copy of this for quick future reference.
Step 5 – Account Support
You can select a number of support options from your personal account. Update your account information, report a missed collection, damaged bin, make a payment or account inquiry.
